| This tattoo is of the national symbol for thyroid cancer, which is the ribbon with the 3 different colors and the butterfly around it.Your thyroid is the shape of a butterfly and the ribbon is the cancer. I was diagnosed at the age 16 in October of 2009 and thought this tattoo was a perfect way to express what I have gone through. |
