On Friday (September 27th), police received a call about a man with a gun and a woman claiming to have been kidnapped. The police found the victim, who reported that the kidnapper kicked in her door, made her walk to his car, and get in.Hethen drove to a fast food place and waited in the drive-through line. The victim exitedthe vehicle and ran to the car in front of the line. The kidnapper ran out in pursuit, but the victim was able to climb through the drive-through window. The kidnapper has been charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and carrying a handgun without a permit.
