Rock 106.1 and the United States Marine Corp presents the Toys for Tots All Request Weekend! Starting at 5pm on Friday December 7th through 5pm on Sunday December 9th if you bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Rock 106.1 Studios in Savannah (401 Mall Blvd Suite 101D) we'll play your request! Just remember, the weider the request the better the toy(s).
Our goal this year is 250 toys and $1000 in donations so please help us make the holidays extra special for kids of the Low Country and Coastal Empire.
Early donations will be accepted at the Rock 106.1 studios in Hilton Head and Savannah 11/26 – 12/7 at 5pm. Donations will be accepted Monday – Friday during the times of 8:30am to 5:00pm. Anyone who donates during this time will be in the running for a $250 Levy’s Jewelers Gift Certificates.
Anyone who donates throughout the weekend (12/7 starting at 5pm through 12/9 at 5pm) is in the running to win a $500 Levy’s Jewelers gift certificate.
Anyone who donates during the times below will be in the running for that designated individual prize. One donation per individual prize, however listeners may enter and win multiple individual prizes. Winners for each individual prize will be selected randomly from everyone who donates during that designated time.

So I can bring a toy to the Rock 106.1 studios ANYTIME between 5pm Friday December 7th and 5pm Sunday December 9th?
Yes. Zoey, Kotter, Buzz and Ryan(or any various combination of them) will be at the Savannah studios (401 Mall Blvd Suite 101D) at all time.
Can I call in my request and bring a toy to you at a later date?
Sure, but if we don't see the toy, then no request for you!
I've got a bunch of old toys that I want to get rid of, can I drop those off?
Sorry, but no matter what you may have heard we are not a garbage dump.
I'm in a local band, will you play my stuff?
Yes. Just bring us a copy of your CD and lyrics of the song you want played to the studio when you drop off your toy. Oh and it better be radio friendly, cause if it stocked full of naughty words we ain't gonna to play it.
What if I want to hear the "Bee Gee's", will you play them?
If you're ok with people knowing that you have a love for hairy chested men who sing falsetto, then we're ok with playing them. Just remember, the weirder you go with your request...the bigger and better you'll need to go with your donation before it gets played.
I want to hear the German-Death-Metal-Rap-Trip-Acid-Core Group "Glockenspiel of Doom." What are the chances you'll have their CD?
Keine Chance in Hölle (No chance in hell for those who don't speak German). Sure we're a radio station and we have lots of tunes, but let's be honest...we aren't going to have every song you request.
If I bring in my "Glockenspiel of Doom" CD when I make my donation, will you play something from it?
Ja. As long as there is a radio friendly song that we can play. Sorry, but we're not going to get fired over "Glockenspiel of Doom."
Hey, I'm in South Carolina! Are you telling me I'm going to have to drive all the way to Savannah to make a donation?
You can, but it's not required because we'll have designated times when someone will be holding down the fort at our studios in Hilton Head.
If I bring in a toy can I get a date with Zoey instead of a request?
No, but Buzz is available.
