SPORTS: Beckham follows dad

It looks like Brooklyn Beckham may be following in his father David's footsteps. According to UK's Daily Mail, the retired soccer superstar was photographed looking proud as he watched his 14-year-old son make his debut playing for the Queens Park Rangers' youth team in the UK on Sunday (September 29th.) David stood on the sidelines watching the game alongside ex-Chelsea captain Dennis Wise who was also there to watch his son play. Brooklyn was said to have had an impressive game despite his team losing two to zero. The game's referee, James Caley, tweeted about the event saying, "Just refereed Charlton v QPR with David Beckham and Dennis Wise watching and Brooklyn playing #casualsundaymorning." He added, "Brooklyn Played on the right wing. Looks like he has potential, more of a Spanish style to him atm." David has previously discussed the pressures his kids will face if they develop interest in dad's sport. He told The Times, "They've got a great life set up for them. Obviously our boys and little girl are very lucky. But I think, as a parent, you always worry: 'Have they got the hunger that I had as a kid?' I'm as hard on my boys as my dad was. They always ask, 'Did I play well?' I'll say, 'You did alright, could have done better...'" Brooklyn's younger brother Romeo has also expressed interest in one day playing for his favorite team Arsenal.
