Steven Seagal is thinking about running for governor in Arizona. The 61-year-old former action movie star spoke with Phoenix's local ABC affiliate about his future in politics and what would be standing in his way. The Above the Law actor said in the interview, "Joe Arpaio and I were talking about me running for governor in Arizona which was kind of a joke but I suppose I would remotely consider it but probably I would have a lot more other responsibilities that may be more important to address." Seagal was then asked what he thinks is the most important issue for Arizona at the moment to which he responded, "I think its open borders. I think that across these borders any kind of terrorism can come, and does come." Steve has been in Arizona doing his Reelz Channel reality series called Steven Seagal -- Lawman: Maricopa County Seagal isn't the only celebrity with political aspirations. Former American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken recently revealed that he was "actively considering" running for congress in North Carolina.
