Savannah teenager charged with murder by the GBI for a shooting in Chatham County

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested and charged 16-year-old Leonard James, Jr., of Savannah, with felony murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Antonio Thornton Jr., of Loganville, Georgia.
