‘Angered’ by power shutoff notice, Pennsylvania man sets apartment on fire and flees with his cat, investigators say

A man angered over unpaid bills and a notice that his power had been shut off set his apartment on fire, picked up his cat and left, leaving three neighbors next door unaware of what he had done, according to court documents.
