Senate confirms Trump nominee for chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff in overnight vote

The Senate has confirmed President Donald Trump’s nominee to become the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine.
