Flooding in US Southeast leaves at least 4 dead; snow, ice and wind cause winter misery elsewhere

Much of the U.S. faced another round of biting winter weather Sunday, with torrential rains causing intense flooding in Kentucky and resulting in at least four deaths in the Southeast.
