Pittsburgh police accused of unlawfully using Taser on and arresting man with autism

Police allegedly tried to detain the man before he ran to his aunt’s front porch nearby, the complaint said. According to the document, that’s where they wrestled him to the ground and used a Taser on him “without any rational justification.”
